Shipping
We ship most orders via ground, which usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your address. We also offer the option of expedited shipping. Our delivery terms are F.O.B. from the place of shipment. This means that we guarantee that your package will be shipped from our Virginia warehouse via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.

Orders received by 11:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

Ground shipping rate within the continental United States is dependant upon your location in the U.S.

Customs, duties, and taxes
