On behalf of everyone at momAgenda, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. At this point in time our main priority is the safety of our community – including staff and customers. Please find updates below.

This situation is changing rapidly and we’re taking this day-by-day. We want to provide you with a few important notes:

  • We’ll continue to ship as many orders as we can on the same day, but lead times may take slightly longer due to reduced staffing in our warehouse as per CDC guidelines. We promise to ship your order as quickly as we can, within 2 business days of the order being placed.
  • Carrier shipping speed is slightly slower at this time, though not significantly.
  • Expedited delivery service is no longer guaranteed by carriers, so if you order next day air, your package is no longer guaranteed to arrive the next day.
  • Our warehouse staff are taking extra precautions when handling our products, wearing masks and gloves and standing at least 6 feet apart.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Below is some general information about our company policies. You may find more answers on our Frequently Asked Questions page.


*Update March 7th, 2022. momAgenda is moving warehouses and product shipments will be delayed by 7 - 10 days. 

Our delivery terms are F.O.B. from the place of shipment. This means that we guarantee that your package will be shipped from our Arkansas warehouse via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.

Orders received by 11:00 AM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the next business day. Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

We offer free shipping on orders over $60.*

*Please note that our free shipping offer applies to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Attention: Some items may be shipped ahead of others to ensure the fastest delivery to our customers at no extra charge. If this is the case, your shipping invoice will inform you of your order’s status.

Customs, duties, and taxes

momAgenda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


At this time momAgenda does not accept returns.

We have tried our best to accurately display the colors of our products on our site. Actual colors that you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colors of our products.
