Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

Shipping

Our delivery terms are F.O.B. from the place of shipment. This means that we guarantee that your package will be shipped from our Arkansas warehouse via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.

Orders received by 11:30 AM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:30 AM EST, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note: Personalized orders take 72 hours to be completed.

Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

We offer free shipping on orders over $55.*

*Please note that our free shipping offer applies to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Attention: Some items may be shipped ahead of others to ensure the fastest delivery to our customers at no extra charge. If this is the case, your shipping invoice will inform you of your order’s status.

To maintain our goal of getting the product to you as fast as possible, once an order has been placed, we cannot change/modify it within our system. 

Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly, as some browsers will auto-fill based on previous orders. In the case of orders that were not delivered due to customer error, we are happy to send a replacement item, however there will be a $15 replacement fee.

Customs, duties, and taxes

momAgenda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee the quality of our planners. If there is a quality or printing defect at any time during the life of the planner, we will replace it at no charge to you with a comparable planner in an available color. 
If your planner arrives damaged or with an error on our part, or has quality issues that impact its usability, please email info@momagenda.com to submit a request for a replacement.
We accept returns of full-price merchandise, in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, for refund or store credit. Please email info@momagenda.com for a return shipping label.
We regret we are unable to process exchanges. Please return your merchandise and then place a new order.
All sale items are final sale, unless there is a quality or printing defect.
To maintain our goal of getting the product to you as fast as possible, once an order has been placed, we cannot change/modify it within our system.

 

Our Colors
We have tried our best to accurately display the colors of our products on our site. Actual colors that you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colors of our products.
