Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of our planners. If there is a quality or printing defect, we will replace it at no charge to you with a comparable planner in an available color.
If your planner arrives damaged or with an error on our part, or has quality issues that impact its usability, please email info@momagenda.com to submit a request for a replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale, unless there is a quality or printing defect.
To maintain our goal of getting the product to you as fast as possible, once an order has been placed, we cannot change/modify it within our system.
Shipping
Our delivery terms are F.O.B. from the place of shipment. This means that we guarantee that your package will be shipped from our Arkansas warehouse via the method you request. However, once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.
Orders received before 11:30 AM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 11:30 AM EST, or on the weekend, will be shipped on the next business day.
Personalized orders take 72 hours to be completed.
Customers will be notified of their order status and tracking number via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.

Placing Your Order
To maintain our goal of getting the product to you as fast as possible, once an order has been placed, we cannot change/modify it within our system. This means we are NOT able to update the products on your order or your address. Please ensure your order is accurate before checking out.
