Home Reset Challenge: A Recap of 10 Days of Refreshing & Organizing!

For 10 days on Instagram, we took on the ultimate Home Reset Challenge—decluttering, refreshing, and organizing the spaces we use the most. Moms everywhere tackled one space at a time, sharing their before-and-after moments, wins, and even a few surprises they found along the way!

At MomAgenda, we know that when your home is organized, your mind feels clearer, and your family runs more smoothly. That’s why we launched this challenge—to help you reset, refocus, and reclaim control of the chaos. Now, let’s take a look back at what we accomplished together! If you missed the challenge, this is your guide to starting whenever... because it's never to late to make this your most organized year yet!

10 Days of Decluttering & Resetting: What We Tackled

Day 1: Entryway Reset – We started at the front door, clearing shoes, coats, and clutter to create a smoother transition in and out of the house. A clean entryway = calmer mornings!

Day 2: Kitchen Counter Reset – Less clutter, more function! We decluttered papers, put away unused appliances, and wiped down surfaces for a fresh, inviting kitchen space.

Day 3: Fridge + Pantry Refresh – We tossed the expired snacks, wiped down shelves, and re-organized pantry staples for easy grab-and-go access. No more mystery leftovers!

Day 4: Kid Spaces Reset – Toys, books, and art supplies were sorted into keep, donate, or toss piles, making clean-up easier for everyone.

Day 5: Bathroom Reset – Moms everywhere ditched old beauty products, wiped down surfaces, and added fresh towels for a spa-like refresh.

Day 6: Master Bedroom Reset – This was all about creating a calming sanctuary: decluttering nightstands, putting away laundry, and enjoying fresh sheets.

Day 7: Closet Cleanout – We tackled the “I have nothing to wear” dilemma by sorting clothes into keep, donate, and store piles, making space for what we truly love.

Day 8: Laundry Room Reset – A clean laundry space = a more efficient laundry routine. We organized sorting bins, wiped down machines, and even tackled that never-ending folding pile.

Day 9: Family Command Center Reset – Meal plans, calendars, and to-do lists got a major refresh, helping moms regain control of their family’s schedule.

Day 10: The Car Reset – Because let’s be honest—our cars double as mobile command centers! We cleaned out trash, wiped down surfaces, and finally vacuumed up all those rogue french fries.
