I love this! I didn't realize how valuable it was until I got it and started to use it. Now I'm realizing that it's even better than a diary, because as long as I keep up with it, then it's something I can reference down the road that might have something key written down for an issue that might come up. I also like that I can write down what I eat, what I drink, and how I'm feeling at the time of each entry. I have it on subscribe and save, and I thought about getting it and then canceling it, but now that I have it; I know that it is invaluable. Especially to doctors and to myself. I just have to make a point of using it every day.

I think I have bought 10 or 12 of these in the last year because every time someone sees mine, they want to know where I got it! I have given them to my closest friends and my daughters-in-law. Everyone loves them!! From the luxurious feel of the cover to the flexibility of the lay out - just awesome!!!

I use my wellness planner as a daily. I love that it's undated so if I miss a day, it's no big deal. I also like the fact that the timeline doesn't have the hours filled in, because some days are more crowded than others. I use the left side to track this things I want to track (I just cross out and write in the things I'm tracking). I use the right side for stuff I need to do - both work things and personal things. I use the "My Day" box to list all the things that are time specific (meetings, mostly). In the "Me Time" box I list all my priorities for the day (I keep this between 2 and 4 things). I generally keep this out in sight so I walk by it and am reminded of things I still need to get done or things coming up.

I love this planner. I use a regular mom agenda for our school lesson plans and life. But this one is so nice because I can put just what I need to focus on for that day in it.

Truly the best planner that I’ve ever had and even though my children are grown I continue to use it because it helps as they have their own lives now but I still need to consider their schedules when we plan things. Love the cover and the binding. Highly recommend this calendar it’s super cute

Love the color & soft texture of this new one. A little big to carry in my purse. 3x4 would be great! Or 6x8. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love the self care planner! It feels so luxurious and it’s very high quality materials that make it up. The planner is perfect for any person and I ended up adding mine to a self care gift basket!! Great product would definitely recommend!

I am quite impressed with this planner--I am really taking measures to take control of my physical and mental health by addressing several medical issues. The self-care portion helps to keep all my "health stats" in order and the agenda part lets me keep track of my medical appointments, my day-to-day obligations & responsibilities, and the schedules of my son, my husband, and my mother. In the past year, I had recorded all my "stats" in the My Agenda, but in the Self-Care Planner, there are designated spaces, so it's easier to use. I am a little torn, because I like the "week-to-week" view, but this won't work with the daily self-care part. I am glad to have purchased this and recommend it to others who want to be able to record their self-care "stats."

I was a little bit skeptical about the usefulness of this planner at first, but after using it for a few weeks I'm totally on board: it's a super like from me.
Pros: undated so if you're busy and miss a day or three of tracking details you don't feel like you've failed, plenty of room to plan/record your day, I really liked that the structure made me actively think about the things I want to do to take care of myself. There are enough pages for three months of daily use, and instead of feeling like that's not enough, I actually felt relieved that I didn't have to make a long term (year or longer) commitment to a new type of planner.
Cons: Uncovered spiral bound notebooks can be a bit finicky to carry around with you while not damaging the binding.
Overall: already planning to purchase another when I fill this one up!
Full disclosure: I am part of the momAgenda affiliate program, but I purchased this planner myself with no discount.
